Mobile Life is one of Singapore’s leading mobile device repair providers, specialising in fast, reliable and transparent repairs for smartphones, tablets and laptops. Campaign Brief
Mobile Life noticed a major shift in customer behaviour: more people were turning to Google to search for repair options before walking into a shop. To stay ahead of competitors and capture this growing demand, Mobile Life wanted to increase brand visibility and drive a significantly higher volume of repair enquiries across multiple outlets.
When Mobile Life first came to us, they had a website — but functionally, it was as good as not having one. Their site was built by a previous vendor under a government grant, but it lacked the most basic foundations for SEO and user experience.

- From a technical perspective, it was poorly structured: no sitemap, broken internal linking, no schema markup, slow load speeds, and almost no content that Google could crawl or index effectively. As a result, Mobile Life’s website was completely invisible on search engines, generating zero organic traffic and, more critically, zero leads.
